To begin with, Stuart Wilkins has a varied, unique and extensive legal backround. For over 10 years he worked in New York City for small, medium and even one of the largest NYC law firms. He also worked for about 20 years in various legal capacitities for both private and public companies as their in-house counsel. This included working in the financial services, insurance, and technology marketplace as general counsel, senior counsel and special counsel.  Having worked as both an outside counsel and in-house counsel gave him a rare insight into the needs of a client.

Wilkins is admitted to practice law in multiple state and federal courts and has actually litigated cases in over  20 different jurisdictions accross the country, a unique accomplishment that only a very few attorney's have experienced. Mr. Wilkins is admitted to practice law in New York (1984), New Jersey (1987) and Pennsylvania (2012). He is  also admitted to the Federal Courts for the Southern, Eastern & Western District Courts of New York, the District Courts of New Jersey and Colorado, and the United States Court of Claims.
